Q: I would love to get married outside in the Gardens at Bella Sera, but what if the weather isn’t cooperating on the day of my wedding?
A: We mutually decide the morning of the wedding by 9:30am if the ceremony will need to be moved – either to the garden tent or inside at the grand fireplace.
Q: Can we do a walkthrough of our ceremony the day before the wedding?
A: Absolutely! We will schedule a time for your ceremony rehearsal two months prior to your wedding day. The timing will depend on what we have booked the evening prior to your wedding. It is typically hosted between 3:00pm-6:00pm.
Q: Does the Bella Sera team setup our décor on the day of the wedding?
A: Yes! Our team will handle the set-up, clean-up and pack-up of all your décor items. Leave it to us, and enjoy your day!
Q: When can we taste the food?
A: We host an annual tasting, typically in March. At the event we will prepare 95% of our food options plus showcase unique upgrade ideas for your wedding! The bride and groom receive complimentary admission and friends and family members can join in for $35 per person.
Q: What styles of dinner service do you offer?
A: We offer a sit-down or stations-style dinner service.
Side note: Our sit-down dinner service includes two entrees of your choice, both options served to each guest. No need to collect meal choices on your invitation!
Q: Can you accommodate special meal requests?
A: Yes! We are happy to accommodate vegan/vegetarian meals, children’s options and special allergies requests.
Q: When do we make our final decisions on food, room layout, etc.?
A: We will schedule a final meeting 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding to review and finalize all of the details of your big day.
Q: What are the linen options?
A: Floor length ivory linens and ivory napkins are included with all the packages. Upgraded linen options are available for an additional cost. Let us know the colors you are interested in, and if you are looking for something simple or fancy, or a mix of both! We will have swatches options mailed directly to you.
Q: When do we have access to the venue on the day of the wedding?
A: You have access to the bridal suite for hair & makeup at 9:00am on the day of your wedding.
Q: Does Bella Sera provide any décor items?
A: We offer a variety of modestly priced items including lanterns, platinum or gold charger plates with matching napkin rings, table number set and a wine barrel card box! Centerpieces are provided by the couple themselves or florist of your choice.
Q: Do you include your Chiavari chairs or are they an upgrade?
A: We include our beautiful mahogany-stained chiavari chairs as part of our package!
Side note: For an outdoor ceremony setup, we provide our new white resin garden chairs.
Q: Do you have late night snack options?
A: Of course! We have so many options that include (but not limited to) mini Primanti sandwiches, pepperoni rolls, soft pretzels, mini burger sliders, cheesesteaks, French fries, donuts, ice cream sundae bars & more!
